On a visual and culinary journey of discovery at Sardine
In Lausanne, the Sardine is one of the city's most notable gourmet addresses. The complete rebranding - from the former Bellini to the new visual identity and interior design - was conceived by Studio Julia Christ.
With a careful selection of materials, traditional techniques and customised furniture, the restaurant creates different atmospheres that provide the setting for a variety of experiences: from morning coffee and lunch to evening drinks, dinners and private events.
On the walls, artworks by photographers Ressia Romina and Lee Jeffries as well as selected pieces from a private collection harmoniously complement the customised tiling made from VIA cement tile N° 53 and N° 22 in 10×10 cm format. Elegant terrazzo tiles N° 710760 with a taxi border tile N° 720452 were laid around the counter.
